Ryan concentrates his practice in environmental law. Prior to joining Bingham Greenebaum Doll, he worked as an environmental consultant in New Jersey conducting environmental due diligence and managing, developing and implementing soil and groundwater remediation projects at commercial and industrial sites. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington, magna cum laude, in 2007. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Notre Dame in 2000. Ryan was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2008. Contact Ryan.

U.S. EPA Releases Updated Health Assessment Report on Tetrachloroethylene

On Feb. 10, 2012, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released to the Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS) database its final health assessment of tetrachloroethylene (PCE and commonly referred to as PERC), a common dry-cleaning and viagra cheap degreasing solvent. The 2012 IRIS PCE assessment replaces an earlier IRIS assessment of PCE finalized in 1988. On Oct. 4, 2011, the Indiana Department of Environmental Management released for public comment the draft Remediation Program Guide. U.S. EPA Proposes Conditional Exclusion of Carbon Dioxide from Hazardous Waste Regulations

The U.S. EPA has proposed to exclude carbon dioxide streams captured at coal-fired power plants and other large industrial operations from regulation as hazardous waste under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
