Meredith Devlin

Meredith concentrates her practice in the areas of Labor and Employment and Real Estate. She earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1999, where she graduated with highest distinction. While there she was the recipient of the School of Social Work Faculty Award for Outstanding BSW Student and served as a representative for the Indiana University Student Association. Meredith earned an M.S.W. from Indiana University, where she graduated with highest distinction. She earned her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, summa cum laude in 2008. While there, she spent time as an intern with the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. In addition, Meredith was the Articles Editor of the Indiana Law Review, member of the Order of the Barristers – Moot Court Society and member of the Dean’s Tutorial Society. Contact Meredith.

Premises Liability for Trees on Urban and Residential Property

In Marshall v.
