He represents public utilities, municipal utilities, and other entities in utility and energy related matters. He handles formation, initial certification, rate, financing, service territory acquisitions and disputes, complaint, appeals and investigation proceedings. Dave is a frequent speaker on the topic of utility law and regularly practices before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. He also practiced before Indiana trial and appellate courts and the Natural Resources Commission.
